Admission Criteria 

Pibly Residential Programs, Inc. is voluntary and clients must choose to be admitted. Clients must be at least 18 years old. It is preferred that clients participate in daily community activities such as day program, vocational training, work or school. 

To be considered for admission, the referring psychiatric professional must make all arrangements for therapy, medication follow-up, 5 5 financial support and community activity. 

To make a referral, the following information must be submitted: HRA-2000, OHMHS approval letter, current psychosocial, and current mental status.  No specific referral form is used.

Referrals can be made to the appropriate Residential Program by directly calling the Intake Coordinator of the program identified below.

An initial interview will be scheduled to determine if the client is appropriate for the program and its residential components. The referring professional and the client will be notified of the outcome of this interview. If  accepted the client may be placed on a waiting list.
